First, our rights come from God Almighty Himself. There is a God and He is the founder of our way of life and granter of our freedoms. He grants us those rights as our Creator and sovereign because we are created in His image and because our lives and the lives of all His created human beings, including those still in the womb, are sacred to Him.
Second, we demand a return to the policy of full employment defined as an employment rate of between 3-3.5 percent.
Third we demand that tariff revenues be raised to protect American manufactures and industries within the borders of the United States and relieve Americans of the tremendous burden of taxes, and be used instead of a Value Added Tax.
Fourth, we demand the end of outsourcing, illegal immigration and H1B visas, and the enforcement of existing criminal sanctions against employers who hire illegal aliens.
Fifth, we demand a policy of cheap and abundant energy using all available technologies, including fossil fuels, nuclear and alternative energies. We also demand a full investigation of the scientific fraud and abuse of the scientific process in the research involving global warming, and the immediate withdrawal of the US from all international treaties, understanding and agreements based on the concept of global warming, and to reject all cap and trade legislation.
Sixth, we demand the unfettered right to the use of natural food supplements and natural remedies of our choice.
Seventh. Require each bill to identify the specific provision of the Constitution that gives Congress the power to do what the bill will do.
Eighth. Repeal in it's entirety the newly passed health care bill.
Ninth. Pass new legislation or a Constituional Ammendment, if necessary requiring all new spending bills to be passed by a 55% majority in both house of Congress.
Tenth. Change the existing tax code to eleminate all proposed and future tax increases of any kind to be replaced by increases in tariffs.
We swear before Almighty God that we will implement all of these principles or resign our office. This is our contract with the voters.
